Yes, custom size, color and logo are available for bulk orders. MOQ applies for customization.
4. Can I get one piece as test sample?
Sample order is acceptable, sample cost and courier freight will be charged. Sample fee can be deducted from future bulk order.
5. Warranty & Damage
7 days warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by pet biting, scratching, wrong installation or bad storage is not covered.
6. What if goods arrive with broken parts?
Please send photos & videos within 7 days of receipt. We will offer replacement parts or compensation solution.
7. Are these products EUDR / REACH compliant?
We can supply related test & document upon bulk order request. Extra cost may apply for special certification documents.
8. Do you provide user manual in our local language?
English manual is standard.
